A Quick list of some free and other ticketed events coming to Las Vegas this spring (some winter).  I hope this is helpful for those looking for somethings to do besides the normal Vegas activities.
UNLV Spring Lectures.  ArchiveVarious lectures are scheduled during the 2nd semester at UNLV, there are community lectures available for any interested to attend.
January 29, 2018  Barrick Lecture Series: Dr. Michio Kaku “The Future of the Mind” 7:30 pm UNLV-Artemus Ham Concert Hall
February 16, 2018 Chinese New Year  Various events around Las Vegas for the Spring Festival and the year of the Dog.  For those who are curious; the Spring Festival is begins on the 2nd new moon after the winter solstice.

Year of the Rooster, Chinese New Year
